Be warned! These do not have the required RFD tag that is required to reset you water filter status on your water fountain! I bought three and now I am stuck with them! Read more
Perfect Replacement
This of course, is a replacement filter for in my case a built-into-the-wall water dispenser, which looks like it belongs in an office or school it’s so big. But the original brand filters for it or not cheap. So this cones along. It works just the same as the original but at a much better price. Great value. In my case, installation is difficult not because of the filter but because of how you have to get to it. Installing the filter itself is a simple thing. As far as quality goes, I cannot tell a single difference between OEM and this so I have to say great quality. I would stock up but they last so long, I don’t think I need more than one extra. Just as good as the original at a much better price
I picked up a dual fountain Elkay Filtered Water dispenser at a local business closing sale and came to Amazon to look for a filter. I saw this Buck 51300C Replacement Filter for a much better price than the stock Elkay and thought I'd give it a try. The filter looks to be the same quality as the original. It fit my Elkay ezH2O Bottle Filling Station perfectly with no leaks. I ran a few gallons of water through it as the instructions said then I reset the Filter LEDs and taste-tested the water. My unit is a bit older so I didn't need to swap out the Chip like is done on the newer ones. Resetting the LEDs was as simple as following the very clear included instructions and pressing a button a few times. The water tastes great, the flow is still just as strong and the filter was easy to install. As far as fit and functionally, it is just as good as the original at a much better price! Read more
