I got these to try to protect my hair from my cpap mask. They don't stay on. They slip off easily. I suppose if you are bald and want to keep your skin cool and protected from the sun, they'd work for that, but as a person with long hair, this is a hard pass for me. Read more

My CPAP headgear was causing a stripe across my hair that was still noticeable even after washing my hair. Wearing this cap has solved this problem. The cap is comfortable. It fits my 22.25-22.5" circumference head. I thought the 90% polyester / 10 % spandex might be hot compared to genuine silk, but I have not felt hot even when overnight temperature in my house has been 77F. (I couldn't find any genuine silk caps on Amazon and those off Amazon were way too expensive for something I wasn't sure would fit well and solve CPAP hair.) There are stitched seams inside the cap when it's worn as shown in the listing pictures, but I don't feel these; I suppose the cap could be worn inside out if they did. Great head cap I have a bald head and tend to sweat a lot. I wear this at night and it keeps my head nice and cool. It also wakes up and drives any sweat I do get at night saving my pillow sheets from being caked in sweat. Bought some of these because I recently started working at a Valvoline automotive place and needed something to keep the sweat off my head. So decided to buy a couple of these for that purpose. The material is fine and they’re not that bad in terms of thickness. Unfortunately, they run rather small. While wearing it, I can definitely feel that it is tight on my head. However, I don’t think this is enough to warrant having it sent back. Quality wise they’re pretty well-made. And they seem to be relatively comfortable aside from the slight squeeze. I wear a CPAP mask at night and despite shampoos and conditioners, after combing my hair I had a depression in my hair from the head strap. By chance I came across an article that said that if I wore a cap like this it would reduce or eliminate the strap line and I can say that the article was spot on. My barber can still tell that there's still a bit of a strap line when she cuts my hair but the first time I had a hair cut after wearing this cap she specifically asked how I got rid of the "big dip". She's even told other customers who have the same "dip" caused by their CPAP mask straps to buy these.
