I normally wear size L or XL in men's pants and the L fit great so I would say they are true to size. They are very stretchy so the L didn't feel tight at all so you can easy order down if you are between sizes. The listing says these are fleece and when you look at the inside it doesn't really look like fleece but it might be extremely short micro-fleece as it feels like fleece when you touch it but I don't see any fleece fibers. Anyway, while it appears to be the same flat surface on both sides, the inside is much softer like you would expect with fleece. The material is 92% Polyester 8% spandex. The fabric is what I would call soft on the inside and semi-soft on the outside shell (non-fleece) side. The fabric is slightly stretchy with the elastic waistband of coarse being very stretchy. The sweat pants are extremely comfortable to wear and even have a nice texture to them so they don't have an extreme casual appear that traditional sweat pants have so you could wear these outside your house with confidence. The quality of these pants is mostly very good. For some reason the seem on the inside does bunch up a lot but it isn't visible and I don't feel the seem against my skin so it is good I guess. the stitching all looks good and there is no loose threads so I would say it is good quality. As far as warmth goes they are not warm like you would expect fleece sweats to be but only slightly warm making them good to wear to keep you warm when it is slightly cool outside; but I wouldn't want to wear them for a long time on a cold day outside. These are cool enough you could wear them in summer when it isn't too hot outside. These sweat pants are slightly more expensive than your traditional fleece sweat 3-pack in my opinion but since they quality is so good, they are comfortable, and they look nice I would say they are definitely worth the price so I highly recommend them. These things are pretty much the perfect sweatpants. They feel well built and very soft. I don't get any pulling in places there shouldn't be and that's after a good bit of chasing around a toddler in them. I was very surprised with just how warm they are. I wouldn't go out with them in the driving snow, but i felt perfectly comfortable wearing just these in weather getting down to the high 30s and low 40s. Very soft and comfortable but the fabric texture is NOTHING like what is shown in the pictures. They look almost like felt. Also, the mediums I ordered ran pretty long. Update. The mediums I received were huge, so I decided to return and order smalls. They are the same size or possibly even a little larger than the mediums. Consistency is not the strong suit here….
