Size was what I needed. Number of pages also fine. Lovely covers. Sheet thickness was as expected/hoped for. I detest thin notebook paper. I shouldn't have to worry about which pen I can use to write my notes. With this, i won't have to worry about ink bleeds. I deducted one star because the pens are pretty awful. I'm an admitted paper and pen snob. I expected the pens would be subpar, but had hoped to be pleasantly surprised. I was not. There is no glide or flow to the ink. The tip is so rough it sounds like it claws across the paper while writing. It's the type of writing implement that one would only ever used if every other pen on the planet disappeared. If you're going to buy this set, buy it for the notebooks, not the pens. Read more
