These straps do what they are advertised to do. However, I had to button 2 of them together to fit around each of my 5 qt and 3 1/2 qt slow cookers. I'm glad I ordered two sets of these. The straps are stretchy and do hold lids secure. There are 3 carabiner clips included in each set of straps, but no instructions on how to use them. I am grateful to other purchasers of this product for posting pictures of various ways to use these unusual carabiner clips. They are unique, and a nice "thank you" from the seller. Overall, I am glad purchased these straps, and would purchase again. Read more

Nice heavy straps to hold lids on crock pots and baking dishes. For some of the crockpots it took me a minute to put two of them together to get the fit I needed, but once done, they were a perfect fit for the job. They seem to be good quality silicone straps. They work well at holding the lids in place. Read more

OK, every household should have a set of these. They are endlessly useful. I mostly ordered these for my slow cooker, and they worked perfect! I didn't realize that I could use them on other pots, pans and casserole dishes. Nor did I realize I could use them to wrap cords, like the extension cords I use in my RV. And if one isn't long enough, you can add another. I half expected them to tear with how much stretch I gave them, but they held up very well. There are literally endless uses for these. $7.99 for 3 of these durable silicone straps, is an absolute bargain! I was pleasantly surprised to find that the set came with 3 carabiner clips as well. They are made out of heavy duty nylon feeling plastic, metal latch & a 360° rotatable buckle. There are many ways I can think to use these with the straps. The silicone bands have wonderful stretch to them, enabling them to fit around just about anything. The inherent grip texture of silicone gives added security for whatever you are wrapping/securing. The set I ordered came with an opaque white/clear strap, a dark gray strap and a black strap. Nice touch if you want to color code anything. Overall, I would definitely recommend these and will order more if the need arises. Read more

I've found these very easy to use for beach towels or lap-blankets etc. They are easy to use on safely touchable cook ware and food storage containers. While my photos show them on my small slow cooker and my electric pressure cooker, I'd be a bit wary about putting them on and connecting the ends if the small appliance was full of boiling hot food. That might be just me, but I found that one strap was REALLY stretched in doing so, and two straps needed some finesse to hold and connect. The slide on snap hooks came in very handy to attach the straps to my slow cooker. Still, your cookers might be different size than mine and I was working alone. Another pair of hands might help. Overall, I'd say they are nice, seem sturdy and useable and for cool things they are easy to connect. But, just a couple of inches longer would have made them seem safer. Read more

🤷🏽♀️I really wanted to love these. It’s a three-pack of silicone straps meant to hold pot lids in place — great idea for travel, crock pots, or even organizing things like yoga mats, area rugs, or extension cords. They can definitely help keep things neat and tidy. However, when I tried using one on my 3-quart pot with the lid on, it was really difficult to stretch the strap around it. I couldn’t even film it because it took both hands and quite a bit of strength — and I’m no weakling! If you were trying to secure a hot dish like beef stew to bring to a party, I can almost guarantee the contents would spill before you got that strap on. There were also no instructions included, and I couldn’t figure out what the little clips (carabiners?) were for. Even the product page on Amazon didn’t show how they’re meant to be used. It just came in a simple zip bag, which was fine, but some guidance would’ve helped. I still think the concept is great — especially for smaller pots or lightweight storage use — and I plan to keep experimenting to see if I can get the hang of it. Once I do, I’ll update my review. But as it stands now, it’s a struggle to use safely on standard pots, so I’m giving it 2 stars for now. Read more
