I tried to wear them under my leggings for a dance class. Big mistake. A few minutes into the class I noticed a little bulge in my upper thigh. Extremely embarrassing. The silicone piece slipped out of the crotch area and down my leg. I guess they might be okay for regular activity but definitely don’t wear them to work out or dance. Read more
