These bulbs are a little dimmer than I expected, but that's good. I was afraid they would be too bright. I use them on remote outlets so I can turn them on from my bed when I get out of bed in the dark, and need to walk through the house. I have them in my den where my office is. I have them each mounted in a small cylindrical lamp with no shade. I have them placed so that I cannot see the bulb directly. I like these bulbs a lot. Most lamps I buy, I also buy a Lutron dimmer, but no need with these. They have an E26 base so they will go in any standard lamp socket. Just know, these are dim and won't light up a whole room. Both together, and maybe 2 more might light up a room with a gentle glow. Read more
These are mighty little bulbs. I think they are brighter than they claim, which doesn't work well for my application, but they are great little bulbs that fit a standard size light socket. Read more

Very nicely built led bulbs. they are quality and won't fall apart like so many others did. I wanted 25watts, these bulbs seem much brighter than 25watts. That is my only gripe a bit too bright for a nite-lamp. Read more
