It comes with one short handle and 30 duster refills. The refills can also be used with Swiffer handles. I have Swiffer duster, so I used both handles with these refills. It is easy to insert the refill and the refill stay during dusting. Like Swiffer refill, this refill is also two sided, and works well. Recommend it as it works equally well but a lot cheaper.
