I bought these expecting them to be uncomfortable. I actually forgot I had them in long after I was done sanding. A friend asked me what I had in my nose! I have tried many different kinds of masks to filter out the very fine dust. I would go around all the time with chest congestion and lots of "dust boogers". None worked. These did the trick. Great alternative to wearing a mask. However, if you're a mouth breather, it defeats the purpose of keeping foreign particles out of your lungs. The only downfall is the time to time feeling reminder that you have something in your nose.... thus feeling a need to blow or touch your nose. Would recommend. Great value for price. Read more

Comfortable and spongy which blocks 80 % of odors and nearly 100 % dust! It’s not noticeable in the nostrils except for the black connection piece which I may cut off and hope I don’t have a black booger looking thing poking out. I can still breathe through the nostrils which is a good bonus. Basically a camouflage filter! Read more
