Improved breathing and quality of sleep
These worked great. They really helped my daughter breathe better at night. The only reason I did 4 instead of 5 stars is it started to pull away my daughters skin on her nose which lead to scabbing and rawness. I tried to quickly stick them on my arm and quickly remove it to make it not quite as adhesive which worked most of the time. Read more

Controlled the snoring and helped lower the sleep apnea symptoms. My son still snores but you have to literally put your ear up to him to hear it. It’s much better than his loud snored heard from all over the house. For reference he’s a healthy 7 year old fit boy. Read more
