Nice non-slip foot guide mat for performing squats Really helps attain the most comfortable & correct posture Instructions printed on the mat are helpful, especially for anyone who’s never done squats and/or doesn’t have a spotter Mat has texture similar to a mousepad, including the backside Mat was made for smaller bodies / women /maybe kids in mind. The footprints and overall size of the mat is perfect for a 5’2 120lb person with size 8 foot. For a 5’10 170 person with size 11 foot, the feet totally eclipse the footprints on the mat. If you’re taller and/or have a wide squat stance, your feet may end up off the edges of the mat They should make a larger size mat for bigger people and/or make it more clear that this mat is really meant for women / smaller bodies Read more

I keep this squat mat under my desk at work for quick movement breaks. It’s a good size, and the bottom grips the floor well so it doesn’t slide around. The only thing to note is that the top surface is a little slippery, so it’s better for simple squats or lunges rather than anything that needs extra traction. Overall, it’s lightweight and convenient to have on hand. Read more

I'm pretty new to working out and always feel uncertain about my form when I do squats. I appreciate that this mat gives me a guide to take out the guesswork. As a petite woman, I am the target audience for this product. I don't see it working well for larger people, but it's perfect for me and encourages me to do more squats since I know that I won't be injuring myself. Read more
Picked this up for our home gym since my son just started lifting, and form is everything when you’re learning. This mat is actually pretty slick — the print is crisp and clean, not that cheap, blurry transfer you sometimes get. It rolls up easy, which is great for storing it away when we’re not using it. It’s a nice quick reference to help build muscle memory for squats and other leg work. I knocked two stars mostly because of the price point versus what it actually is. Not sure why they advertise it for ab workouts unless they meant “lay down on it and hope for the best.” Bottom line: I guess it does what it’s supposed to do, just feels a little overpriced at nineteen bucks. This squat mat has been a fantastic addition to my home workout setup! The non-slip surface keeps me stable during squats, lunges, and ab exercises, and the foot position markings help ensure proper form every time. It’s pro-grade quality—thick, durable, and comfortable underfoot. I’ve noticed better muscle activation and alignment since using it, and it’s great for protecting my floors too. It’s compact enough to store easily but large enough to give me plenty of room to move. Whether you're into strength training or just want a safer, more effective workout surface, this mat is a great investment. Highly recommend for home fitness enthusiasts looking to level up their training! Read more
Perfect for a new or out of practice exercise participant! Having been out of shape for 20+ years and re-entering the workout scene, form is key. I have lost my step. Improper form can lead to strains, twists, or breaks. However, this Non-Slip Squat Mat with Foot Position is a silent partner to correct this problem. Made of soft, cushy, neoprene type material, it feels good on the bare, socked, or shoed foot. It uses diagrams and short hints to direct its user to proper form down to the foot position. Read more
This is a helpful mat for foot placement. When I do a squat in each position, I feel them in my legs differently, which means the foot placement is accurate. I'm 5'7", so I'm not sure if this is targeted to taller or shorter people, but it works for me. The mat isn't too thick, so it would roll up nicely if you wanted to take it to the gym or another place to workout. The bottom is very grippy. I don't have any issues with the mat moving around. The one thing this is missing is a listing for which exercises to do in each foot placement. That would have pushed this to 5 stars for me. Read more
