I'm happy with how it heats but the fireplace part came covered in large stickers that were very hard to remove then left a horrible sticky residue. I've used alcohol wipes, goo be gone, Lysol wipes, vinegar, etc and it's still a mess! NOT happy about that because I bought this one for that particular feature! Read more

Ok.. you can look, I don't leave a lot of reviews. When I do, it's because I'm really impressed- good or bad. That said, I am both happy and mad at this heater. Does the job, heats really well. It only took me 2 HOURS to GET STICKERS AND RESIDUE OFF THE FLAME AREA. Why? WHY? Peeled off, WARMED the area a little with hair dryer, used alcohol, goo gone, dryer sheet, coconut oil and finally, I THINK it's all off. Was afraid to turn it on and heat it up...if there's any residue left, it'll STINK and be cooked on permanently. Great item that raised my blood pressure, wasted my time and energy (I'm old) in order to use a product that I paid for. Took 1 minute to put base on, SHOULD have been able to plug in and use. But no, this company uses ten dollars worth of glue to tell us a heater gets hot. I am rolling my eyes someone doesn't have better sense than both the stickers and the warnings. Save us the moolah, time, energy, health scare of strokes, multiple products... put them on the bag you tied on that had to be cut off. Terrible sticker people Read more
