Applied these to an IKEA Full Size Bed that is in a carpeted room. The carpeting is regular, not super fluffy so not sure how the product would perform but in our case it works like a charm. I applied these sliders to all four sides of the "legs" since they were wide enough to accomodate. Instead of the bed's legs digging into the carpet when moving it to clean or vacuum now the bed slides easily with little effort. Protects the furniture from falling apart (It's IKEA afterall) now as the bed no longer digs into the carptet and no longer causes any stress and mounting points/hardware. The adhesive mounts applied easily and I applied some pressure with my thumb once I was happy with the placement of the slider. I recently bought and put together a large, heavy, Sauder computer desk for use in a carpeted room. Without a smooth surface, the desk was impossible to move on carpet by myself so I bought these sliders to help with that. They work great! They are the perfect size, they apply easily, and stick on very well. I needed smaller pieces for a couple of spots so, using just a sharp box cutter and some muscle power, I cut one slider into two pieces. To avoid sharp corners getting caught on the carpet, I smoothed the cut edges a bit. I used a rotary sander but I think a heavy-duty emery board could do the job as well. Works good on carpet. I got these to attach to the tubing on my kitchen chairs. It too 4 on each chair and it makes it easier to push the chair around. I am pleased with the results. I wish they were a little longer and maybe a bit wider but they work ok. Read more

The adhesive is great and sticks to metal. The quality of the product is well manufactured, ease of applying to the metal was a breeze. The metal frame with wood top is a side arm table that fits under furniture and I needed something that would be easy to slide on carpet! I am pleased with the product. Read more
