The pros: Great design - look nice & high quality. Folds up so it's easy to transport. Lots of adjustment allowed - both height & angle. Very sturdy. The cons: It makes a "clicking" noise when rotating. It also very easily rotates - ergo, you have to be careful about not messing with the rotation if you're working in a silent place - like a library. I can just picture the many glares I'd get every time the computer shifted if I was in a college library. Also, it is a bit on the heavier side.
