Nice weight and package for small time cooks
I fix foods with sugar almost never, maybe cinnamon toast twice a year. But I make a lot of kombucha at home, for which I need a cup and a half of sugar for every 7-10 bottle recipe. I usually use honey, or some combination of sugar and honey, for any other type of homemade cure. I don't eat the typical cereals, nor do I bake cakes and cookies, so this is a good deal for me. A very good weight to keep in the cupboard for my particular homeopathic purposes. It's a very clean looking and smelling product. It appears to be of better quality, particularly in terms of packaging for shipping and freshness. Read more
Sweet deal! but I can't really prove it's cane sugar.
Its sugar....I do like the zip lock closure on the bag. Never saw it packed this way before, I like it. Very useful if you don't need the whole 4lbs right away and don't have a fancy container. Read more
