I used to get the unsweetened vanilla version of this almond milk, but I switched to this plain version because I didn't really need the vanilla flavor that much and I prefer to keep the unflavored on hand for recipes where the vanilla would interfere. The vanilla is good, but this plain version suits my minimalism better. Anyway, it's a great product which is a staple in my home which I use mainly for coffee and chai black tea. This smaller carton is great for just myself, whereas the larger carton would be too big for me.
