This is water. It is good to drink. It tastes like water and I feel refreshed like I drank some water after I drink this water. I buy it often and it’s easy to smash it down really,really small after you’ve used it up but I have to leave the cap on or else it expands again afterwards. I don’t know if that means anything but of all the bottled water I’ve used (may like 15 brands) this container smashed down the smallest which means it took up less space in my garage bags and that helps me use less bags per month and that helps my budget. The only difficulty I’ve had with this brand is that the expiration date is difficult to see for me and I’m kinda older so bring your mag lenses or your mini light magnifier thingie. Enjoy! Read more
