36cc Gas Trimmer Edger Mower 3 in 1 Grade Weed Wacker Powerful 2 Stroke Gas String Trimmer Yard

Just received it. Like other reviews say, instructions are not the best. They have pictures that are not detailed or from the incorrect angle. But overall, great design. It was hard to start at first, and it took a lot more priming than I thought it would. Once I started it first time, it ran perfectly. For a 36cc trimmer, it definitely does not have as much power as a 31cc Echo, but then again, it is a quarter of the price. And, not broken in yet. So far, I have only used it once and it worked out great. The brush saw that comes with it as one of the 3 cutting options, looks dangerous to me and I will never use it. I will stick to the trimmer head. I will use it a few more times and edit my review if needed. But so far, I’m very happy with it, especially for the price. Edit: After a month of having it, I am very happy with it. I really like how much power it has. Something I noticed, and it took me a bit of frustration to figure out, I can only start it with full throttle, which is fine, but is not what is stated in the manual. Also, I have had 2 spark plugs quit working; not rich fouling, but looks like white too much air maybe? Once I cleaned them with emery cloth, they go back to working find. I might play with the carburator jet in the winter, but for now, still very happy with it. Read more

This is my third trimmer. I am very much impressed by the weight, power and features it has. It has both trimmer and blades for edger so I don’t need two separate machines to work with. Also it comes with strap to put in shoulder so you will not feel much weight on your hands. My previous gas and electric trimmer doesn’t have that features so for me it’s very easy to work and operate with. My recommendation ... do not buy this unit. The cutter wasn't cutting the line so every time I fed line, it wrapped around the moving shaft and then ripped the whole cheap plastic line spooler off the bottom of the unit. I tried sharpening the line cutter, but the plastic mechanism was so messed up at that point that it kept coming off. I should have just spent the money on the Husqvarna. Buy once ... cry once ... This is great quality for the price!! Its not perfect but you get what you pay for, perfect for our personal needs! Love that we are able to get a gas trimmer so cheep, I was sick and tired of dealing with battery ones. Love that it came with a shoulder strap, makes weight no issue. At $115 I wont have any issue replacing this if it lasts only a few seasons, great value. Read more

I have owned this trimmer for 4 weeks. So far it runs well, with plenty of power. I have used the blade for 4 hours and the string head for 2 hours. Today, while replacing the string for the first time, I found that one of the holes, where the string exists the head, has lost its metal grommet. I see that the plastic has worn down some. No doubt, I will have to see if I can find a generic replacement spool. Not a happy camper. Read more
