I'm going to have to agree with a couple other people about 3M being a brand that you can trust. Like Corelle and Progresso I haven't found a 3M produce that wasn't built to a superior standard. I just needed to make a temporary layered cushion with some lumbar support for someone with some back issues. This went on smooth and easy without dissolving any of the foam, a trick in itself. It bonds well and remained flexible. There is no lingering odor at all. A couple of cautions. Take extra care to have the positioning correct when you join the surfaces. Like any contact adhesive you have one chance to get it right, anything else compromises the integrity of the bond. Open a window or two, it's quite smelly but it has to be. By definition quick drying means rapidly goes to vapor so if it doesn't immediately stink up the house it isn't working. After a short time there are no lingering odors. To my surprise, because I'm an idiot, I found that if comes off your hands really easy without the need for any solvents. I make handmade wooden bread bowls from a few varieties of wood that all need to be sanded while being completed. Sanding disc only have a certain amount of "sticky" adhesion and they can pull off of the sanding wheel fairly easy especially when in a dusty environment or in an inwardly curved area. I found this product probably over 20 years ago and see that with even a small amount being sprayed on the pad, that it will hold the paper firmly for a much longer time, speeding up my sanding time, providing a better quality of sanded area in the process, and paying for itself by making the sandpaper last much longer. It is not very expensive to begin with, works well in various temperatures, while also still allowing the paper to be removed from the rubber sanding pad without damaging the pad. Read more
I haven’t tried it on a variety of materials-only pole wrap. I tried to adhere a large sheet of pole wrap with it (instead of liquid nails) and it wouldn’t stick. However, when I cut the pole wrap down, sprayed the adhesive and let it dry for 3 minutes before adhering it to the surface, it worked perfectly. Especially when adhering something to the ceiling, it was helpful to allow it to become tacky before adhering it. Read more
I occasionally rehab car interiors, and between Super 77 and landau top cement, it covers all my adhesive needs. The flow is good, and the pattern relatively tight, so overspray isn't a big problem. It's especially good for headliners. Read more
Works well! I used this to make upholstery pillows for my outdoor furniture. Very sticky and a little forgiving iin the first few seconds f you need make adjustments. I made 8 cushions and the still have alot of left over. Overall good value spray adhesive. Read more
Works just like any other spray adhesive. Can never go wrong with any 3M product and this item proves it again. Very easy to use, simply remove the cap and spray on both surfaces that will bond together. The adhesion is great and very strong. The dry time is very fast as well. I used this to apply a foil insulation sheet inside of a 5 gallon bucket. Worked great.... Read more
Super tacky, like it never dries. Not strong hold. Wish came with nozzle for more precision. Ok to apply but a lot of overspray. Not sure on value yet. Read more
