I’ve tried a bunch of the cheap Bluetooth ear protection, and let me tell you, the 3M WorkTunes Connect are in a whole other league. The sound quality? Way better—like, actually clear with decent bass instead of the sound you get from budget models. Even in super loud spots, music and podcasts still sound full. Here’s the kicker though: the noise blocking is way better than budget products. Like, I’m running a chainsaw and barely hear it. No more blasting the volume just to hear my podcast over the lawnmower, which is awesome for not wrecking my ears. Bluetooth works solid, the buttons are glove-friendly, and they don’t make your head hurt after hours. Yeah, they cost more than the Walmart special, but trust me, it’s worth every penny. Would buy again. Read more
I use this at home, industrial (loud) environments, and even at the range. This thing is awesome! Very comfortable, great hearing protection, good sound quality when playing music, and amazing battery life. You can’t put a price on safety, and these do an amazing job in loud environments. The one nitpick I have is that I don’t like how it plays your background noise anytime you get a phone call. But otherwise this is an amazing product, especially for the price point. Read more
I have been an audiophile for 60 years. In that time, I worked with high end headsets on my head all day. These headsets offer true audiophile sound with excellent battery life. I have four sets but one of the older sets saw the charging plug fail. I treated myself to a new one on special and its better than the old model. Comfortable and very noise isolating. Makes mowing on my zero-turn or running my tractor a pleasure as I listen to podcasts in relative quiet. Killer when you are expecting a call in a loud environment because they pause the podcast or music, play the ring tone, and resume where you left off after you hang up. WELL WORTH THE PRICE!!! These are really nice and comfortable. BUT like some other reviews, they can't get loud enough, which could actually be good for hearing protection. I am a drummer and was hoping the claimed 26 db NRR protection would be an improvement over my old Howard Leight Sync EN352 headphones, with added Bluetooth option would be a nice update, but so far nothing i have tried are as good. I have tried these, the Superlux HD667, the Vic Firth, the Sennheiser HD 280, the Fun Tools also. These are the better and more comfortable than the other tho. But the old Howard Leight Syncs seem to be better at blocking out the right frequencies. Read more
Great hearing protection, with the added benefit of bluetooth connectivity for listening to music or talking on the phone. I did buy the 3m gel cups. Not necessary, but they do seal better and are more comfortable. No problems with audio quality listening to music, or during phone calls. Bluetooth connects easily, and the battery lasted a whole mowing season, without needing to be recharged but one time! Read more
Solid build quality, fit and finish. However the audio quality is the worst I've ever experienced in a name brand pair of headphones. Truly awful, any gas station headphones will sound 100% better than these. Music is muffled, muddy, and frankly difficult to hear when operating anything loud, even a shop vac will easily overwhelm the output of these headphones. Its a shame because I listen to music while working, the in-ear headphones break down too quickly and wireless ear buds get lost at jobsites. These will likely last, but they are completely unusable. The 2 volume modes are indistinguishable from each other, the modes dont actually change anything you can notice. Silly product, don't waste your time and money if you need BOTH hearing protection AND music. These are only good for protection, you'll miss every-other lyric and podcasts or spoken word aren't even in the conversation. Baaaad Read more

The sound is a little better than the originals I use on a new iPhone Bluetooth connection is pretty seamless and straightforward does it all by itself only problem is they will start to hurt your ears after a while and using it with Siri it horrible it gets all the words wrong for some reason even though with these headphones you can hear yourself it plays your voice back through the speakers so I know it’s hearing me clearly it’s just any background noise whatsoever it just it gets everything wrong at all you’ll say him it’ll put them you say hey it puts bay or it doesn’t put anything at all and it doesn’t hear youand it’s just kind of a pain having to go back and edit everything manually when I got these for this particular reason my hands are usually greasy and dirty so voice to text needs to work better when there is background noise and if there is background noise it’s playing it through the speakers especially when they come into alert mode where it is listening for your voice it is very annoying when you hear static white noise of any background noise it amplifies it into the speakers if you’re just listening to music it’s OK but trying to do voice to text or doing any type of verbal commands is a chore Read more
