Edited after 2 weeks. Originally: Not so good for me. The jaw exercisers are bulky in my mouth and I noticed it’s difficult to swallow so I am drooling while using this. The other device doesn’t work. No matter how hard I try, I have to push the “ball” back into recessed position. I’m struggling to make this work but I may have gotten a dud. Update: after daily efforts and manually pushing the dome in and out it has suddenly become more pliant or else I have gotten stronger. It really gives you a workout. I’m more enthusiastic and optimistic. Good luck and don’t give up! Read more

This is made of food-grade silicone, and we're huge fans of silicone in this house due to the ease of keeping things made of that clean. I have been doing jaw exercises to try to improve my jawline for literally decades, since I was in my early twenties, so I was really excited at the prospect of what this exerciser might do. Unfortunately, I didn't have a very good experience with it, most likely because I have smaller teeth than most people and a pretty small mouth inside overall compared to most folks. I could barely fit the exerciser into my mouth and couldn't really do the exercises because of this. It was just too big for my mouth, unfortunately. I was generous with the stars because I do think this product could likely work pretty well for people with average-sized teeth and mouths, and even very large teeth and oversized inner mouths - I can see where this exerciser might work great in those cases. I'd steer clear of this product if you have a small mouth, but if your mouth is large or average-sized, you should be fine with it going in your mouth. That said, if the manufacturer offered a smaller size of this exerciser, I'd definitely be interested in trying it. And it doesn't come with a storage case and probably should - sure, you could keep them in a plastic zip bag or something such, but a storage case of the items' own would be great! Read more

So I'm going to be honest, I lost the motivation to have a strong jawline. Partly because I have a beard and that does the job already. I did try this out for almost 3 days in a row. It's a good exercise for the jaw for sure. I felt a bit of tension release when I was biting for like a minute. The material is like a silicone, no taste material. Read more

The pink breathing exerciser is impossible to inflate or deflate! The jaw exercisers only contributed to over working the masseter muscles of the face and aggravated TMJ. Waste of money. Read more
