Just like everyone else, I did not receive instructions, but I immediately came here to the listing and found there was an excellent instructional video. Sure, it would've been nice if there were some paper instructions included, but they would never compare to that video! Plus, if you're ordering these, you already know what you're getting when they arrive. That being said, these are quite the workout for your cheeks! I only used it for about a minute, doing maybe 15 puffs, and my cheeks are already worn out. I do think the design and quality of materials could be improved upon a bit. I'm not so sure that's medical grade silicone, it could be, and the center piece is hard plastic. I think these would be incredible if there were a tiny bit of improvement with the materials. I wish this set of facial exercisers came with instructions. The actual products are sturdy and well-made, they definitely provide a very good workout for cheeks and facial muscles! Time will tell how well they work. This set is a good value for the price. Read more

The 3-pack of face and neck toning exercisers arrived pretty promptly. What you get is 3 silicone "bulbs" in blue, pink and purple. To exercise the face and neck using these, you put the narrow end in your mouth and suck and blow so that the bulb gets puckered and inflated. This strains the muscles around your mouth and jaw, tightening them and eventually removing double-chins, and other signs of loose skin or muscles. The bulbs do not have any holes in them, so you have to breathe in through your nose every now and then as you do these exercises. You do not get any breathable air through the exerciser. Similarly, you have to breathe out through your nose as well. There is no indication that any of these exercisers are different from the others - for instance, there is no indication that you graduate from one to another as you get better at doing the breathing exercises. But I found the pink one to be much stiffer than the blue and purple ones. Not sure if this is intentional or a manufacturing inconsistency. The exercisers are easy to keep clean and hygienic by washing in water. They are made of food-grade silicone, and there is a separate mouth piece that goes on top of the narrow end of the exerciser as well. Read more

These may be the greatest jaw exercisers in the world, but I’ll never know since they arrived with absolutely no instructions. They were tossed in a plastic bag and shipped to my door with zero guidance on how to use them safely. No instructions? No thanks. Without instructions, these are useless to me. I’m not about to risk harming my jaw by guessing, so sadly these are a pass for me… Read more

Easy to use. It feels weird somewhat but you can feel the burn after a couple of minutes. Will be using daily for a couple of weeks and see if they really work. Quality is nice and they look wellmade. Read more

There are no directions with this product. All 3 pieces are in a clear plastic bag but there is nothing that comes with it to say the correct way to use these, how often to use, how long to use, etc. I also don’t know if all three pieces are the exact same or if they are to be used in a certain order. On the pictures here on Amazon in the listing, it shows you are to inhale and exhale out of it to decrease your double chin, but it’s not specific on what the regimen should be done in order to see results.
