This is a quality item with full functions you would expect from a dehumidifier, plus a "dry clothes" function as well. I've been using it for a week and so far, it has worked very well. It would be a great unit so far. It seems to pull moisture out of the air with ease and it's very compact and quiet. It has a lock button, 2 different speeds (High/Low) and a timer with numerous options to automatically turn off for the specified time selected. The fan is very quiet and runs very smoothly. Has a smaller water collection drawer, but also has an option to attach a tube for continuous drainage on the rear of the unit to avoid needing to dump water often. I would recommend purchasing! The media could not be loaded. I plugged the unit in after 24 hrs sitting upright. (Amazon delivered it on its side). The pictures were taken at 12:45pm winter time in Florida. 65 degrees outside. 71 degrees inside. By 7.5 hours later it’s had already collected 1 3/4 cups of water. I am so impressed. This is fantastic little dehumidifier. It is compact but really collects the water from even drier air. It is super quiet (see video) It includes a drain hose which I didn’t use yet. It’s super easy to “set up” just let it settle upright and then plug it in, and let it do its thing. When the water compartment is full it will automatically shut off so you never have to worry about any water overflow. I recommend this to anyone needing a small size unit. This dehumidifier has been an excellent purchase. Reduces humidity quickly, especially in large spaces such as the basement or the room. You can notice the difference in the environment in a short time, helping to eliminate that musty smell. I like that it's quite quiet, so it doesn't bother you when you sleep. The humidity control works well and the timer is very useful. In addition, the continuous drainage option makes maintenance much easier. But in general it fulfills its function very well. This little basement humidifier is compact, quiet, andin light of some of my previous similar purchases it is surprisingly very very effective! It is consistently filling up to full over the course of a day. Basically, I have been using a large (heavy and significantly more expensive dehumidifier for a couple of years to live through Texas summers) and have trialled 2 other random dehumidifiers as supplementary units for our bedroom, which were very disappointing (translation - small puddles collected daily without making any significant dent in the air humidity). Unlike those, this little guy actually works. I have only used the tank collection option (not the hose option) and have been emptying the tank every single day (unbelievably we are already swimming in the air even though it is only February; sometimes Texas can try our collective patience). So I can only recommend this unit. Very easy to set up (take out of box and plug in), very effective (finally!), and quiet. I have not had any issues after two weeks of almost non-stop use (I will do my best to come back and update after a few months). Just buy it! Read more
This Trazico dehumidifier works excellent and is very powerful. I use it in a large area, and it quickly reduces humidity and keeps the air comfortable. You can really notice the difference after just a short time. The digital display is clear and easy to use, and the smart humidity control works great.
