If you like making breakfast sandwiches or just want perfectly round egg patties, this does the trick. I spray a little cooking oil in it and then plop the egg right in. You can give the egg a little swish or premix some eggs with your favorite veggies before dropping some in here and have perfect little omelette rounds. The eggs dont stick to it (maybe because the oil, I havent tried without), just take a silicone spatula and you can easily slip down the side and flip it. The eggs seem fluffier using this. The pan is very easy to clean. Even some spilt egg on the side came right off with the scrubber further supporting the no stick feature. When storing the handle comes off which has been greay because its always hard to maneuver the dishes around so the handles dont get in the way when trying to grab something else. Im half tempted to get all pots and pans like this. When you lock the handle into place it has a very secure hold. The button on top allows for quick release. This pan turned out to be exactly what i was hoping for, especially because the most important deature for me was induction compatibility. I have a flat top induction stove, and I can confirm that this pan does work properly on induction, heting evenly and responding quickly to temperature changes. It's incredibly convenient when cooking for multiple people with different preference. I like eggs with red peppers and onions, while my husband and kids prefer black pepper and mushrooms, and this pan makes it simple to season each portion differently without mixing flavors. Each section stays separate, so everyone gets exactly what they want. No complaints and no extra pan to wash. The nonstick surface perform well so far, but I still perfer just a bit of oil. The detachable handle feels secure when attached. but it's easy to remove when needed. I also like that the handle can latch onto other pans if you just want to. I initially got this pan to use for making egg sandwiches; however, it is a lot more versatile than I originally anticipated. First of all the pan itself is weighty and of nice quality. I love that the handle detaches! The pan without the handle fits nicely into my Hamilton Beach toaster oven/air fryer, so I'm thinking it would be great for baking little individual meat loaves or cakes or brownies. The pan can also be used on top of a stove burner, as well. I'm not sure whether or not it would be usable over a campfire, but I'd be willing to give it a try (without the handle!) Additionally, it comes with some nifty little silicone utensils. All in all, this is a dandy little pan that will end up in your regular rotation, once you've used it a time or two. This is a decent pan for cooking eggs (or small pancakes, etc). Especially if you want to keep it within an English muffin type sandwich. The pan itself has a good weight about it and it's feels very solid. The detachable handle it comes with also feels very sturdy. It clicks on easily and once on, it doesn't move at all. The pan itself is pretty much non stick. I didn't use any oil or spray and the eggs I cooked didn't stick (or it peeled off without any effort). Cleaning it also is a breeze as a result of the nonstick material. I haven't cooked any pancakes but it should be pretty easy. One thing that's a little bit harder to do is if you want to flip it, it can be slightly harder but it's not difficult.
