The first one I bought, I was hesitant. After using it for a couple months, it's been my go to cable especially during travel as it covers all my devices. It works well with my macbook, hp laptop, and multiple power banks. I don't always get the full 60W charging speeds , but that is dependent on the device. It does work to charge my laptop. Bought this to take on travel so I can plug my phone into rental cars and use CarPlay for nav guidance. Some cars have USB-A, some have USB-C, so this convertible cable was perfect. However I've found that the USB-C connection will charge the phone but not connect to Car Play. This has been consistent across half a dozen different cars. I've been using this product for a while now, and while I really like the durability of the cable, and the versatility of having both USB-C and lightning cable, the lightning cable has spotty connection. At times, it works great, and other times, it will randomly keep disconnecting, which gets quite frustrating with using it for Carplay. I have tried it with multiple different phones, and it happens with all of them, so I'm sure it's not a device issue. Read more
