This came with 3 silicone clear nubs floating around in the box, as seen in my pic. I think these should obviously be in a small plastic baggie. I think these are great versions of these rollers, and the instructions with this are helpful, thorough, and well illustrated. The micro needle aspect is a bit silly to me, because these are supposed to be replaced very frequently. So that is not a long term use attachment. The host tool is great and I am impressed with the quality. Overall, it seems too pricey for what you're ending up with, for my tastes. I am enjoying this beauty roller set! I’ll admit I haven’t tried the microneedle roller yet since I’m still figuring out the best way to clean it, but the stone and steel rollers feel amazing on my face. They’re cool, smooth, and very relaxing to use. I also love the massaging roller end for my neck and shoulders, it feels wonderful after a long day. When this arrived I was surprised at how well made it is. The wand is made of nice solid metal with some weight to it. The three attachments connect firmly to the wand with strong magnets. I can't really speak to the effectiveness yet since I've just started using it. Skin improvements take time. I do think I notice a little difference under one eye. Just above my cheek bones my skin now sinks in just slightly. I thought I was getting dark patches and kept ordering creams for that. Then one day in the mirror I notice that it was really the skin sinking in a little. It's too early to tell but the area under my right eye looks a little more plump and less sunken. I'll need to work with the micro needle roller under the left eye more intensely to see if I can get a similar result there. That way I'll be more sure that I'm seeing results. The micro needle is fairly mild. I notice just a tiny sting or pinch I guess you could say. The jade and stainless steel rollers I use mainly for soothing after the micro needle treatment. The smooth coolness is very relaxing and the coldness helps calm down the skin. I don't really use the stones built into the handle much. The handle turns and the stones are spread out so I just don't see how that could do much. If the handle didn't spin, I could rub the stones across my skin to get better contact and coverage. But all in all, I really like the three attachments. And the build quality is impressive. It's a little pricey. But I'm not really accustomed to things like this as a guy so maybe the price point is fairly normal. Read more
