This is a fantastic foot massager. It has 4 in 1 technology. This has shiatsu kneading, air compression, vibration, and really nice heating. All of these have adjustable levels for maximum comfort. The heating has two levels. 110F-119F. This helps to increase circulation and also reduce muscle fatigue and tightness. I love that it's adjustable heat. It's great in the very cold winter! This also has a smart timer that has three different setting times that you can use to make sure you don't over do it. 10, 20, and 30 minute timers are great so as not to overstimulate your muscles and more. This also comes with a remote control and the foot massager has an LCD display. This is so good to help with soreness, fatigue, neuropathy, plantar fasciitis,, and more. I would still check though with your doctor if you have health issues that this could make worse. Just to be on the safe side. This has a machine washable inside cloth where your feet are to keep it sanitized and healthy. This is extra wide so it has the foot room to fit up to a US men's size 14. Read more

It's STRONG, like almost too strong! It almost hurt at times but that only made it feel better. I would like it to get a lot hotter. The heat setting almost appears to do nothing. I would like to see the compression level to go a bit higher, it didn't get super snug. The vibration level is really strong but the kneading is where this thing really shines. The Shiatsu kneading motion can almost be too strong at times but overall it feels really good. I thought the remote was broken when I first used this as it simply wouldn't work. Eventually I opened the battery compartment and found that the battery had been placed upside down and had to be turned over to get the remote working. And the remote is amazing so I can change or adjust settings with the push of a button. I do wish there was a way to attach it to the machine because I'm a little worried it will get misplaced and lost since there isn't a dedicated place to store it when not in use. We bought this thinking it would help with plantar fasciitis issues and give comfort for sore feet at the end of the day. It does not! This doesn’t get very warm at all and doesn’t compress very much. It’s easy to use and set up but doesn’t give much relief. My husband wears a size 12 shoe and has a hard time getting his feet to fit comfortably in the foot space. I wear a size 7.5 and still feel like it’s a weird fit for my heels. Wouldn’t recommend.
