I pulled back from 5 stars. The machine is great. Does excellent cleaning. Really appreciate self clean. Why I pulled back 1 star: clean water tank leaks from the small valve at the bottom. Have to hold my finger over it while carrying to the machine. Also, the handle does not stay up. It easily falls. No lock to jeep it in place and the friction tabs that try to hold it are not enough. The only thing I don’t like about this is the fact that the dust and water go into the same container. Other than that this is an absolutely wonderful steam vacuum wet dry vacuum. I’ve been using this now for over a month and it’s working perfectly great. I’ve had no issues of leaking from it. The steam is good and gets rid of stains and grease easily. This leaves my floors so clean. I use it in my kitchen daily. It’s the perfect size for easy use. Cleaning and emptying the water tank is quite easy. It’s wired so no running out of battery power in the middle of cleaning. The cord is extra long so can it covers a large area. I don’t have carpet so I can’t speak on how it works on carpet. My floors are constantly covered in water, drool, and paw prints, so I was excited to see if this steam wet dry vacuum could help. Here’s how it performed: 1. Corded design – It isn’t cordless, which I assume is due to the power needed for high-temperature steam. The cord is long enough to cover large areas without switching outlets often. I do have a cordless wet dry vacuum, but it lacks the steam capability. 2. Multiple cleaning modes – There are 4 modes (wet, steam, dry, and self-cleaning) plus a max mode for heavy cleaning. I mainly used the steam mode on dried messes and it worked well. Visible steam loosened stuck-on drool and water spots with less effort than hand mopping. 3. Ease of movement & cleaning results – It moves easily across the floor, though it can tip over if you don’t press the handle forward. The cleaning results were a bit streaky and uneven, leaving a thicker water layer compared to my cordless vacuum, which means the floor takes longer to dry. 4. Water tanks – It has two tanks: one for clean water only (no solution or cleaner recommended) and one for dirty water. The dirty tank does not separate solids from liquids, which may matter if you deal with pet hair and debris. On the plus side, filling and emptying both tanks was simple. 5. Noise level – A bit loud, so not something to use while others are sleeping. 6. Room for improvement – A docking tray with storage for extra brushes would be nice. I’d also prefer a debris separator in the dirty tank to keep hair out of drains, and a thinner, more even water layer to avoid streaks. Overall: This machine does a good job steam-cleaning dried messes and saves effort compared to scrubbing by hand. That said, I still prefer my cordless wet dry vacuum for everyday wood floor cleaning because it leaves fewer streaks and dries faster. I just have little wish, if it is coldless. that will be even better. otherwise, it's amazing how well it works on both hardwood and carpeted areas, effortlessly lifting dirt and stains. The steam feature is especially useful for tackling tough messes, and the LED display makes it easy to adjust settings. The self-cleaning program is also a convenient touch, saving time and effort. I have wood, tile and carpet in my home and I really like the fact that this one unit can clean all types of surfaces. It’s easy to use and there’s no unpleasant LED display is a great feature. It’s easy to cleans exceptionally well. The speed of the self propelled feature is just right. The cord is long enough to go several feet; it would be great if it was cordless. You do have to empty and refill the water tank after each use, and also clean the brushes. I’m not sure if the price really reflects the value; it’s a bit more expensive than some others, but it does the job.
