4 Pcs Heat Gun Nozzles Kit Stainless Steel Reflector Heat Resisting Nozzles Gun Accessory Replacement for Hot Air

I purchased the Kyulointy 4 piece heat gun nozzles kit for my old Thermostrip Paint Stripper heat gun. All the pieces came as expected (4 pcs/new) and I presume them to be stainless steel, as they look stainless and they are attracted to a magnet. The issue was they barely fit my old Thermostrip Paint Stripper gun, but I can make them work, after doing some minor cutting on them. For those that want the diameter of each piece, I used a digital caliper to provide the diameters of each piece. The reflector (wide) nozzle measured 1.31". The curved nozzle was 1.45". The 3-layer round nozzle was 1.39". The 5-layer round nozzle was 1.39, also. Also note, the curved nozzle has a ring that can be expanded or narrowed by hand....no cutting necessary....to get it to fit smaller or larger heat gun nozzles. The rest of the nozzles will need to be cut to expand them IF these diameters are too small for your heat gun. These heat gun adapters are able to serve their purpose which is why I gave it 4 stars; however, I did have to slightly modify the one I was really needing. I wanted one that would deflect the heat away from other items around the item I was heating. So, I took the slightly rounded one, and bent it more, as I wanted to be able to focus the heat on one wire at a time as I was heating the heat shrink. It also worked better at keeping the heat focused on my wire connectors when using the ones with solder to help them melt faster. They fit pretty well on the end of my harbor freight heat gun, so I would recommend them if you were using the same heat gun, but there is a little room for adjustment as well. Read more

Very loose on my Black and Decker heat gun. At first I tried crimping with a pair of channel lock pliers, Then I tried aluminum foil collar but it wais too thin. I had to cut out a collar from a scrap of flashing to wrap the nozzle of my heat gun to achieve a snug fit. I guess you could say better too loose than too tight. I have been able to make use.
