These are excellent, but I have one minor complaint: the difference in size between the largest and smallest is small. Each of these is only slightly larger or smaller than the other, I was hoping for like a big one, a medium one, a small one, but these are all very close in size. The big one is not very big either, it's more of the standard size for a fingernail clipper. Having said that, the biggest one is a good standard size, and I like the design and they work well, so it's a great product if you just need some nail clippers. I just wish the sizes varied more. Somehow, all of our Nail Clippers seemed to either disappear or fall apart (we buy the cheapest of cheap ones, I don't expect lifelong durability). These ones seemed like a good deal, and were highly rated. While 50% of the nail clippers in this package seemed to have disappeared already, we are somewhat happy with the ones that have lasted... with one exception: The blades don't seem to line up. When trimming nails, the clippers have to be aligned with the top up, otherwise they will leave a weird ragged edge to the nail.. almost like the top layer gets pinched up and turned into a tiny, sharp flap. Easily fixable if you have a nail file on hand, but you really do get what you pay for with these. They're not terrible, but they're not great. I think next time, we'll just spring for a "nicer" one, and try not to lose it. Read more
I bought this to have safe, non stabby methods for cutting yarn. (I'm a chaos demon and things regularly get sat upon, therefore non-stabby). I tried to cut a piece of yarn and couldn't hardly make a dent. My husband tried one of the others to clip his nails, and before I told him how disappointed I was, he told me that the one he used was dull and didn't feel sturdy.
