Says 24/7 support, not true (no number or way to reach out) Amazon said delivered but only 3 of 4 shipped. 2 days later 4th box showed up. Opened all boxes. No instructions, no parts list No support. Did best we could to make it work. For $900 it's seriously disappointing. Materials are ave at best and Frame is unstable, concerned it will fall apart in 3 months of use. You are better off spending same at a Bob's discount furniture or place that has customer service. As a regular Amazon buyer, throughly disappointing crap like this for this price. It would be a nightmare to return so they think they can get away with cheap Chinese low end items and apparently they do. Message a concern and you are lucky if you ever hear back. The 4 seater with console + flip fit perfectly into my basement. It arrived in two shipments 4+1. Box-E was a strange one, somewhat difficult with the rest of the assembly due to height differences, but somehow managed it by propping up the other chairs & console using furniture pads. It's not perfect quality, but works great for my purpose. Quite a bit of features for the price. Our family likes it so far and my wife is considering that we should get the same style 3 version. So far so good! I got the 3 seated recliner couch. I thought all 3 seats reclined but the 2 ends recline. The middle seat goes down like a tray & cup holder. It also has a drawer below the seat in front rather than reclining. I really only need 2 to recline so that's fine. It actually reclines all the way back. I think if I have to sleep in it when my parents come to visit, it will.be pretty comfortable. I hope so! I will share a cpl of photos. It was very easy to assemble. A heads up, it came in 4 huge boxes, 2 one day and 2 more a few days later. I hadn't opened them yet. I had a hard time getting a hold of Amazon to make sure I didn't get 2 couches. After fighting with A.I. for an hour I finally got a human on the phone and was told that it comes in 4 boxes and I was not charged twice. If I had opened the 1st 2 boxes when they arrived I would have thought I had missing parts. It all worked out great in the end! Read more
