I really wanted this coffee table to be the perfect fit for my living room, especially with the boho look and the rattan drawer. When I first unboxed it, the style definitely stood out. The curved edges are nice, and the natural oak finish looks warm enough in person. Assembly, though, was more frustrating than I expected. The drawer tracks took way too much fiddling, and even after getting everything lined up, the drawer still doesn’t slide smoothly. It sticks just enough to be annoying, and that’s something you notice every single day. The table itself is lighter than I thought it would be. It doesn’t feel as solid as the pictures suggest, and the top has a bit of give if you lean on it. It’s fine for remotes and books, but it doesn’t have that sturdy, dependable feel I was hoping for at this price. Storage is the one thing it has going for it. The open shelf is handy, and the drawer is good for hiding clutter, but the overall quality just doesn’t match the look. It feels like a stylish piece that didn’t quite follow through on the build. For the cost I expected better materials and smoother functionality. It looks cute, but it’s not something I’d buy again. Read more

Overall, I'm fairly impressed with this item, which, when assembled, was exactly as imaged and described in the listing, being true to both size, shape, color, and style. The finished product is definitely something worth admiring, and I do not believe that the picture is exaggerated the styles at all. While probably not for everyone, I think this table could fit a variety of contexts and styles, while not losing its unique mid-century modern appeal. That being said, the assembly was definitely a hassle, and not something I want to repeat anytime soon. While the instructions did have larger pictures and graphs, and all of the parts were labeled... the entire thing was extremely time-consuming, and several steps required that fairly large pieces be put together in very precise ways, which also took a good amount of balance and patience. Lastly, while I do not hate the look of the drawer once everything was installed, I decided not to keep that part, as shown in the pictures. I simply think the open concept is more appealing given the layout of my living room.
