This packs a lot in a compact package. The case is durable enough to carry on its own or throw into a larger tool box. I think the pricing is great for the quality you get out of it. It's great for the small jobs where some finesse is needed and the bits are strong enough to attach to a power drill for some bigger jobs. Read more

This magnet screwdriver set is a perfect one for those small clearance jobs that require access, such as computers and other small electronics or furniture. I have used it both on my desktop computer and furniture, and it is great. The magnet is strong, so I can set screws without worrying that they are going to drop out or into the wrong places. The click on the ratchet is firm, so I know when I have rotated enough, it has good feedback, so I can get a solid feel when something is really tight. The bits are strong and stay sharp, so they don't break or lose their form easily either. It comes with a plastic case where all of the bits are securely stored. I can throw it in my toolbox, and when I pull it out, all of the bits are still in the correct places. Definitely one of my favorite tool sets to work with. Read more
This set includes 40 bits - including many of those frustrating torx 'security' bits with the peg in the middle of the fastener recess - but it totally omits the increasingly popular square drive bits. In my view, that is enough of a deficiency to demote 1 star. On the positive side, the drive end is the standard hex - so the bits will also 'chuck up' in your drill-driver, and you can add square bits with hex head from elsewhere to complete the set. Durability of the bits is always a question with these sets. How likely are they to cam out? One listing photo says 'S2 Cr-Mo bits '. We'll, they can't be both. 'Marketese' has crept in. S2 is a tool steel (not Cr-Mo) with toughness and shock resistance rather than extreme hardness. It is typically used in mid-tier 'diy'- class sets - which this is. Uncoated, it rusts. S2 bit hardness can range from a low of 54-55 HRC (lower, consider returning the set) to 62 HRC. These tested out to about 57 HRC, using Grizzly HRC test files. Good. But there are better - premium Wiha/Wera/Snap-On bits. Overall this is a good value set suitable for home use, and with Christmas now 'around the corner' would make a nice gift 4 stars - for home/diy use case (3 stars - professional use case) Mid-tier S2 bits for diy/home use. But missing all increasingly popular square drive bits. Read more
The media could not be loaded. Gosh i am so rarely impressed with a tool kit, especially one that is made for General use. (Tool kits that are tailored for specific applications especially niche products tend to be much better than just a general tool kit) but I found myself like excited the more I use this. I have great tools. I mean really awesome tools and I have some very cool niche kits that work in almost all special types of applications. I don't really have a general tool kit that I'm excited to use because they're just usually so lacking. But this one really delivers. The construction feels really good. It has a great finish on it. It probably would be a little bit cooler or a little bit more impressive if it was chrome finish like a good craftsman or something but that typically adds quite a bit of cost… Although it still is something that they should offer in my opinion. Anyway I like to feel of the finish that it comes with. I like the the fact that to handle doubles as a bit holder/check. (in other words the handle comes off and you can use it) It even comes with security torx bits but just kind of rare. Usually you have to get a specific set to have something like that included but the fact that they include them in a general kit it's pretty cool. Although I have to question why they would do that considering if it's a general kit not many people are going to need the security torx bits, and they could utilized that space for other bits. I mean there's a reason they don't typically come in a general kit right? Because they're just not that necessary and anybody that needs them either already has them or we purchase a specific separate set for them. It is cool that it comes with them but again it's just Kind of wasted space and I feel like they could've done better. Maybe something like a half inch socket and a 10 mm socket would've been better use of that space in the carrying case Anybody that could ever use a ratchet that knows that the 10mm socket has its own agenda and will disappear the first second you take your eyes off of it. It's an ongoing joke in just about every single workshop and auto repair shop and I think including something like that as well as a half inch socket would've been a really awesome idea Speaking of the carrying case I have to give some credit here. I am absolutely in love with the idea of just having a magnetic lid instead of a physical latch. A lot of companies would not pull the trigger on something like that and would instead opt for a physical latch. The reason is because if they drop it the latch will keep everything closed and you won't have bits flying everywhere. But in my opinion that ends up interfering more than having to pick up the bits once in a while Being able to open the case with one hand because I'm holding something in the other is an automatic win for me. I very rarely have a flat surface to put something down. Probably has to do with ADHD is my guess. I just tend to have no available flat surfaces so I'm usually holding whatever it is I'm working on which means I'm trying to get a tool with my other hand. Being able to just open the case with one hand and grab this tool instantly made it one of my go to kit. Without a doubt. I wouldn't be doing anything heavy duty with this but this is the perfect thing for around the house or working on a bicycle or even hanging a shelf things like that. I recommend this product and I'm actually grateful and appreciative that I had the opportunity to pick it up. I hope to see more from this manufacturer because I think they do things out of the box and my guess is they're gonna have some cool ideas in the future Read more

This is a very versatile screwdriver set. First you get a lot of options for different bits. The bits are well made. I was using one of the bits for an extended time frame putting together a piece of furniture. The bit held up really well to being inserted and turned into about 40 screws. I really like that the handle has the capability to be modified you can take a portion of the handle off and connect it to another portion to extend your length of how far you need to increase the length in order to reach the screw that you're trying to work on the item you're working on. When you put the portion that you extended back on the main shaft it gives you more torque to be able to turn the screw further. I really like the fit and finish on this item and the durability It is really well put together. I also really liked that all the bits that I needed to complete the furniture were available in the set. This set creates a great value for the money because of the amount of bits and attachments you are receiving. Another really nice feature about the set is that it's magnetized so the bits do not fall out. Read more
