I'm a cigar smoker while my wife loves candles. This is the perfect lighter for both of us. I love the triple torch and the large gas holding tank (as opposed to my Dupont torch). The grip feels great in the hand and the black / gold combo is a beautiful match. The punch cutter built into the base of the lighter is nice even though I use a straight cut myself. That said, should I go out the door without sticking the matching straight cutter in my pocket (heavier stainless steel included in a very nice pouch), the punch cut will save the day. When it comes to candles, my wife always struggles lighting them with a cheap disposable gas lighter with a single flame. The first time she tried my lighter she fell in love with it so I'll need to get another. The triple torch blasts a flame right down into the candle and fires it up immediately as opposed to the disposable; half the time she'd need to grab one of my old single torch lighters to finish the job. Simply that, worked well first few uses. We keep the lighter filled as it uses a lot of fuel when it works. After about a week of use we need to repeatedly click to light 10+ or more times to get it to work long enough be for just stopping for no apparent reason.
