The items arrived very well packaged in a plasic box that will also serve as a storage container untill all 444 items are used up. It is exactly as pictured and described in the product description. There is a large number of picks in the box that will last a very long time, which makes them an excellent value. The gum floss picks did an excellent job for all family members. They were soft and didn't cause any scraping or other issues for our gums. They do a much better job in removing debris than regular dental floss because of the little edges or teeth on the side of the pick. They really get in there and get everything out by catching the debris and safely removing them from your gums. They also did an awesome job cleaning through and around the dental bridge one of our family members has. A dental bridge requires a special way of cleaning. Flossing doesn't work unless you use a plastic needle-type cleanerthrough which you thread floss, which takes a while to set up. These little floss picks managed to reach and clean out all the hard-to-reach dental bridge places right out of the box. We have a family member with braces who was very pleased to get the curved/angled picks in this set. He said it was a lot easier to clean through and around the braces due to the curvature of the picks. And with 144 of them in the box, he is all set some months. Our whole family is very pleased with this 444-piece flossing and tooth cleaning set. It is constructed of quality materials and is very well made in general. The large curved interdental toothpicks are awesome! The size and curvature make to so easy to clean between the molars in the back of my mouth. Over time, my teeth have spread and my gums receded a bit leaving small gaps that are impossible to clean with regular brushing. I don't make time to floss after each meal so these handy tools are excellent to do a quick and effective sweep between my teeth. So easy to use! They are firm enough to get in those gaps and soft enough they do not irritate my gums. I wish the smaller picks had a slightly longer point on the handle end because the point makes a nice scrapper to ensure there is no food at the gum line at the top of the teeth.
