Got this for my morning walks and runs. However, I have since started using it during my strength training sessions as well. I got the 44lb version with both the arms and leg cuffs, in addition to the vest. I wanted the 44lb for a few reasons: 1. higher weight resistance, but number 2. so I have extra weight plates for when inevitably they all start to disappear around the house, haha... But kidding aside, this is a great combo with many versatile options. I've used it with just the arms on a run, I've used the vest during situps and core work, I have used the legs while walking, running, and doing other leg exercises; and I've also used them all at once during HIT workouts. You can customize how many weights you want to use with each piece... or use them all. I like that the vest has an adjustable waist belt. This helps lock much of the weight on your waist. I didn't think it was too uncomfortable. They are a bit bulky, but they need to be, especially once you have them all loaded with weights. My only complaint is that there isn't any velcro or something at the top of the pockets to lock the weights inside. Very extreme movements might be enough to dislodge them. And because there is nothing to hold them in, the placement of the arm and leg cuffs need to be face up to allow gravity to help keep them in place... pretty common sense, but thought you may want to know. Overall, very satisfied! Great find!! Read more

44 POUND WEIGHT VEST PLUS: OVERVIEW: This is a weighted vest plus weighted arm and leg wraps. SETUP: Setup is easy, as all you do is add metal bars in the narrow pockets of the vest and wraps. The vest is held on with strong velcro around the waist. The wraps are held on with velcro also. THE DETAILS: There are 100 metal bars giving you quite a range of adjustable weight, up to 44 pounds. The wraps and vest appear to be heavy duty and well made if you look at them closely. IN USE: The vest and wraps are easy to put on and take off and the velcro gives a solid adjustable fit. The weights are easy to add and remove. Each weight is only about 7 ounces so the adjustments are small enough to fine tune. 44 pounds is a lot of weight so most people will have a lot to room to increase their strength and work their way up. The vest and wraps are considered size large. I hope to add photos soon. FINAL NOTE: This is a nice system for adding very adjustable weight to your training routine. I hope this review is helpful… Read more

Ever feel the need to become one with your inner Jacob Marley? Well, this weighted vest is the fashionable way to do it! This adjustable weighted vest has been a great addition to my workouts. It feels solid and well-made, and the ability to add or remove weight makes it useful for a range of activities—strength training, running, bodyweight exercises, and general fitness sessions. The fit is comfortable and secure, with adjustable straps that keep it from bouncing during movement. At 22 lb it adds a meaningful challenge without feeling overwhelming, and the distribution of the weights feels balanced rather than pulling awkwardly on one side. Overall, it’s a versatile, durable weighted vest that works well for both men and women looking to up the intensity of their workouts. Read more

This adjustable weighted vest is a solid and effective addition to any workout routine, especially for strength training, running, and general fitness. The ability to adjust the weight makes it easy to progress over time, and the weight is distributed evenly, helping maintain good form during workouts. A nice bonus is that it also comes with arm and leg weights, which adds versatility and allows you to target different muscle groups without needing extra equipment. That said, the vest itself is a bit bulky for my personal liking and doesn’t fit my more feminine frame as comfortably as I’d hoped. In my opinion, it’s better suited for a more muscular or masculine build. However, it has been perfect for my sons and my husband. They find it comfortable, secure, and effective during their workouts. The structured design and durability really work well for broader frames. Overall, this is a well-made, versatile weighted training set that delivers on functionality. While it may not be ideal for smaller or slimmer builds, it’s an excellent option for those looking to significantly increase workout intensity with a durable, all-in-one weight system. For illustration- it fits a standard size car seat. Read more

I’ve been using the Vest set in my workouts for a few weeks now, and it’s become a valuable part of my training routine. The adjustable weight system lets me tailor the resistance based on the workout—whether I’m doing bodyweight exercises, walking, running, or strength training. Adding or removing the weights is simple, and the vest stays balanced rather than feeling lopsided. Fit is comfortable for both men and women thanks to the adjustable straps. Once tightened, it stays securely in place even during more dynamic movements like lunges and stair climbs. The material feels durable and breathable enough that it doesn’t overheat too quickly, which is important when you’re pushing through high‑intensity sets. I’ve worn the vest for running and HIIT workouts, and it adds noticeable resistance without feeling bulky. It also feels stable during pull‑ups, push‑ups, and squats—there’s minimal shifting once it’s secured. I appreciated that it didn’t dig into my shoulders or chest during longer sessions. Read more

Sweet vest adding progressive overload for body weight exercises where progressions are limited due to mobility/injury. I wish I got the 44 lb version though; it's not that much more, and it literally is the same thing with more weights, which just gives you more options for the future. This looks kind of like a kevlar bullet vest, but allows you to distribute the weight bars pretty evenly across your chest and upper belly area, close to your center of gravity. Read more
