These heavy-duty 45/90 Degree Neutral Grip Handles have completely changed my pulling workouts for the better. The dual-angle design (45° and 90°) gives great versatility whether I'm doing pull-ups, lat pulldowns, seated rows, or using them as barbell grips for deadlifts and shrugs. The grips are thick, comfortable, and textured for excellent hold without destroying my hands. They clamp on securely to my pull-up bar and feel rock solid even with added weight. The included lifting straps are a great bonus and actually decent quality. The real standout is the joint relief. My wrists and shoulders feel significantly better compared to straight bar grips — I can train harder with cleaner form and no lingering soreness. These have become a staple in my routine. Pros: Excellent 45° & 90° angle options Heavy-duty build with secure clamp Dramatically reduces wrist and shoulder stress Comfortable textured grips Comes with usable lifting straps If you're looking to protect your joints while improving your pull strength, these handles are fantastic. Highly recommend — 5 stars! Read more
These YOFENZO 45/90 Degree Neutral Grip Pull Up Handles are simple but effective. Included in the package are two plastic neutral grip handles, two lifting straps and a carry bag. The handles, though made of plastic, are strong and I was able to use them to lift at least a 150 lb barbell. They were quite comfortable. They have a bit of knurling which seems to help the grip. The grip handle diameter is 28 or 29 mm, about the same as most barbells. I like the neutral grip (90 degrees to the line of the barbell) because it's easier on my wrists and elbows. The hook of the handle has a bit of padding, presumably to avoid scratching the barbell. That's probably not necessary since the grips are plastic of about the same hardness as UHMW. The lifting straps are nothing special. Each consists of a simple nylon strap with a loop at one end and a bit of wrist padding. The padding is barely adequate and the nylon strap has no friction-increasing silicone that many of these straps have. Don't buy this item for these straps. Overall, the grips work well made and are a good deal for the price. Read more
