I got this after a friend showed me her Halo. I thought that a jump starter and tire inflator in one to keep in the car was brilliant, just not sure how practical it was. So I thought I would try spending less money to find out. Seriously, this thing is fantastic! I charged in and had it in my car. Went to dinner one night, and it was crappy - cold, icy, windy and sleeting. Came out of the restaurant to see one car facing another with jumper cables connecting them. I grabbed this from my car and asked the guys if they wanted to give it a try since they weren't having much luck, meaning they would need to sit and wait for the other battery to charge enough to start the car. They said 'absolutely'. I hadn't even used it yet, so I gave one guy the instructions while I put removed this from the pack and started assembling. We hooked it up to the battery, I pressed the button to ready the charge, the light turned green, we told the lady to turn the key, and the car started immediately! The guys were literally taking pics of my jump starter kit because they were each going to buy one. Beyond expectations. Also, I have a spot in one of my rims that causes a small leak. Every 2-3 weeks I use this to add more air. It isn't as fast as using my compressor, but it doesn't need to be plugged in - it's self sufficient - so it still saves time and a bit of energy. I bought this to eventually replace an old car jump starter I have which uses a lead acid battery. This morning, with temps around zero, my car battery seemed dead. I pulled out the old jump starter and hooked it up, but it could not start the car. I then hooked up the new car jump starter, which uses a lithium battery, connected it and tried to start the car. This time, the car started without a problem. Not only that, but the weather change had also created low tire pressure in the front tire. I hooked up the tire pump hose, and it was able to bring the tire up to the proper pressure in no time. This device has really helped. Read more

Have yet to find anything this thing can't start. Dead cold tractors, semis, a clapped out 7.3 powerstroke in -20⁰f weather...(iykyk) its started all of them without issue. Unlike a lot of these jump packs that claim multiple starts, it actually gives me multiple starts. The air compressor is not fast, but it does the thing. Its tiny, dont expect it to air up a semi tire in 30 seconds. Read more
