Just installed this! Very simple. It comes with wood screws and expanding screws if you are drilling into concrete Love how it came out. My recommendation is to Use a drill bit I used 3/8 to make a hole so your wood screws have an easy guide to go into. Set up your first arm installed direct in middle of stud. Then, on ground, assemble the pull-up bar structure. Use that structure and put the arm into the sleeve so you can mark out the opposite side. as a basis to find mount points on stud 48 inch across. Deffo need a buddy to help! This 48-inch ceiling-mounted pull-up bar is really a tough guy for a home gym. I have installed it in my garage and have been using it for almost a month. It is very stable and does not shake at all when doing pull-ups. The manufacturer said it can support 600 pounds. I was a little skeptical at first, but it turned out that I have no problem supporting 190 pounds myself and doing weight training. I don't feel empty at all when hanging on it. The multiple grip design is particularly good, with forehand, backhand, wide grip, and narrow grip all arranged, for training back, hands, and even with TRX; the installation is a little challenging. You need an electric drill and some hands-on ability to hit it on the beam, otherwise it is recommended to ask a friend who can install it for help. Once installed, it is really strong and the height can be adjusted.
