Installed as bedroom fixture. I like this chandelier very much. It radiates beautiful light and patterns on the wall which for me is a bonus. It is remarkably a very high quality fixture. I am impressed with the quality of the frame and components, as well as the crystal elements and the stamped attachment “wires.” At first I was a bit daunted by the time and work required to assemble this light. But after laying out the big pieces I decided to give it a go and I’m glad I did it. I decided to install fixture and then attach crystals afterwards because of weight of fixture with crystals attached. First I installed the frame with chain to ceiling electric box. Then spent some time with how much chain to use, then left six extra links just in case I needed to adjust lower, which I did by one link. After I was certain of chain length, cut wire to length, threaded wire through chain links up to ceiling box, and it is virtually invisible. Connected wires, installed provided bulbs and tested for function. Installed provided box cover. Pretty straight forward install. Next was to install crystals with wire staple connectors. What ended up working best was to lay out each batch of crystals on a table covered with a towel. Then I attached a staple to each crystal by folding up one side of staple. The matte black, 3 ring chandelier arrived quickly and well packaged. All pieces were in perfect condition. Eight small base candelabra/chandelier light bulbs will need to be purchased. I purchased cool/daylight LED bulbs. Due to reading many reviews of several brands, I immediately set the frame on a level surface to check for any problems. Each of the trianglar prisms were individually wrapped. The center prisms of the 3 rings of prisms are longer. I unwrapped each to check for damage. Included are 2 extra shorter prisms and 1 extra longer prism. Some pieces were in bags taped inside the cap. This replaced a tradition chandelier, so after making sure the electric breaker was off, it was a simple process of disconnecting the old wiring and connecting the new wiring, black wire to black wire, twist on provided wire nut, etc. Plenty of wire and chain links are included. The recommended distance from the table to the light is 30" to 36". Until you are sure of the perfect hanging height, leave extra wire and a few links in place that can be removed later. Included is a link that attaches to the frame and the final link. It unscrews for adjusting the number of links. A little strenght is needed to open the top link that you want to removed. I placed a heavy towel on the table along with the prisms and the prism wire attachments. Ten extra wire hangers were included. One end of the wire goes through the hole at the end of the trianglar prism. It is then bent to secure it to the prism. The other end of the wire goes through the hole in the ring of the chandelier frame and then bent to secure the prism to the circular frame. The 20" diameter chandelier required 150 individual prisms to be hung one at a time. It doesn't need to be finished all at once. The result is a beautiful update! The entire process is an easy project. There are spray chandelier cleaners for the prisms. Place a towel below the chandelier. Spray the prisms according to directions. The spray will remove dust and drip to the towel below. No effort needed. I do this once a year or less. Read more

We purchased the 24” diameter light for our 12’ by 12’ dining room, and it’s perfect! I LOVE THIS LIGHT! It’s quality is superb; it could readily pass for an Arhaus or Restoration Hardware chandelier. Our electrician was also impressed with the quality and ease of installation. It looks stunning from all angles and casts a gorgeous light - it even looks great from the street view outside of the window, as our dining room is at the front of the house. We have ours on a dimmer, which I highly recommend so you can set the light level to compliment the event or time of day. It comes with a white glove for attaching the crystals (took about 45 minutes) and also a black velvet sleeve if you wish to cover the chain (I like the texture and dimension that the chain adds to the overall look, and the black electric cable to the light is the perfect thickness to weave through the chain). The media could not be loaded. I bought the 31 inch and am in love! It sparkles even when the lights are off. Took me a couple of hours to put all of the crystals on. My recommendation would be to lay out a towel on a table and put the hooks on 30-40 crystals at a time and hang those, then repeat. It goes faster when the hook is on them and ready to go. The frame requires two people to put up. I held it up and tilted to one side while my hubby fished through the wires and put the top plate up on ceiling. If in doubt - don’t be. The chandelier is beautiful. *I only have 4 bulbs on the fixture in these pictures and video, I need to go buy more. Very happy with this purchase. It completely changed the look of my family room.
