I liked the colorful variety of the different types of instruments. I used them in my vacation bible school class this summer. The instruments were of good quality and very affordable. The children really enjoyed using them when singing the Bible songs. Read more
I run a toddler-preschool music program and use lots of sets of instruments like these. This is a pretty good set with all the basic instruments one would want with young kids. All are of good quality and will last for a while--the one caution would be the egg shakers. They are about the size of a large chicken egg and would be fine for most young children, but after watching a two-year-old fit an entire egg shaker in her mouth, I stopped giving this size to any child that still puts things in their mouths. These would be perfectly fine for older children or children under constant supervision, but I would replace these eggs with larger wooden eggs or something similar for younger children jusst for peace of mind. Otherwise, this is a great set to allow a group of children to have fun making music. Read more
The media could not be loaded. Colorful instruments and scarfs, great for kids to make noise in a joyful way, without any talent -- everyone can join in! There are 3 instruments -- bells, shaker eggs, and rhythm sticks. There are 2 of each color, and 6 colors. A kids group, whether at a church or a school or at the Y, would be able to use these to add sound and color to a presentation.
