The media could not be loaded. I was looking for a pressure washer to clean my concrete patio and I'm glad I found this one! Shipping was quicker than expected and the washer came assembled except for a few parts which were easy to put together using the included instructions manual, it took me less than 10 minutes to read through and get it all ready. The package comes with everything you need including four different nozzles ranging from 0 degree to 40 degree angles, a detergent bottle, a handy needle to clean the nozzles with, a hook for storing the hose, and a few extra rubber o-rings in case you ever need to replace them. To operate it, all you need to do is hook up your garden hose, attach the desired nozzle (which are really quick and easy to click on and off), turn the machine on and start spraying. For safety, the spray only works when the machine is turned on. I also appreciate the added safety feature of the lock/unlock button under the trigger, I definitely recommend using that. This is my first electric pressure washer so I wasn't sure what to expect, but this thing is pretty powerful and works better than expected! As my video shows, it quickly removed dirt that has been accumulating on the patio for who knows how long! The washer feels sturdy, well made, and safe to use in multiple areas around the house like driveways, stairs, decks, and fences. I like how easy it is to use and it doesn't take up too much space. I can now clean the driveway, entrance of the house, and wash the car in just a few minutes, making it very practical and a time saver. I like that it comes with four different spray nozzles. I noticed that you have to secure them well, otherwise they will be ejected by the water pressure, so just a heads up on that. The product arrived promptly and was well packaged to prevent damage. The original box was inside another big box, which I liked. The assembly took us less than 10 minutes, and when we turned it on, it didn't leak any water. The cord is quite long to move around, and the noise level is not extremely loud, more in the mid-range level, which is ok for outdoor jobs. Overall, I am giving this super light-weight portable pressure washer a 5-star rating for versatility, value, and its water pressure power. Nice little 2000-PSI unit. I have a larger (and heavier) pressure washer in my shop for big jobs. The advertised 2.2 Gallons Per Minute, I suspect, is with the soap dispenser, but even with the wand the flow rate was adequate. Pros: Small and light. Has a wand (they call it a lance) with on-wand nozzle storage and a soap dispenser. Has a detachable male-female hose adapter, which makes attaching the cord easy. Has a lock open or closed button for the handle on the wand. Comes with a nozzle cleaner. No GFCI on cord. The motor was relatively quiet and wasn't whiney, perhaps due to the 2000-PSI rating. Assembly was minimal and straight forward. Undecided: The straw on the soap dispenser is rather large, so it goes through soap faster than I am used to. No onboard storage for the hose. Like I said, it is small. I decided to store everything in the box it came in, which works fine. The 20-foot hose didn't kink at all and seems good quality. Con: The hose release slider on the compressor takes a surprising amount of force to release. Perhaps it will break in over time or the engineers intended it to remain attached. The media could not be loaded. This is a wonderful pressure washer and is so impressively powerful for its small size! The product came in quicker than the estimated time frame was, which was nice. I have used many pressure washers, but this one has been the most powerful, by far! It is very easy to put together and comes with minimal pieces for assembly. I think I only had to screw in 2 screws. The instructions were not only easy to read, but they made sense and there weren’t many (if any) spelling or grammatical areas. It took no time at all to put it together for use. When I went to use the pressure washer for the first time, it was very easy to maneuver and lightweight. The washer comes with 4 different color-coded nozzle attachments that can be switched out depending on the job that needs to be done. The attachment nozzles determine the pressure and stream output. The most powerful and direct stream is the red nozzle and if the red nozzle can’t get something off, then it just isn’t meant to come off! As I said before, I have used many pressure washers, especially on my front porch. My front porch has been painted so many times by previous owners, and it is very stubborn to get off. The red nozzle attachment blew so much of the paint off!! More than any other pressure washer! It is also very convenient that I can store the pressure washer and all its attachments and accessories in my small storage cabinet on my porch. It takes up so very little room!
