48V 105Ah Mini Lithium Golf Cart Battery Built-in 200A BMS with LCD Display APP 4000 Cycles LiFePO4 Battery

Installed this on a 2020 icon i60l. Installation is really easy and only took about 1.5hrs. I installed a 150ah size and honestly you could install bigger in these carts, plenty of room. YouTube has plenty of information on lithium conversions and different cart brands require different install methods. For the icon i60l some minor battery tray trimming is required and a way to secure the battery. I had some small metal brackets laying around and they worked perfect to fasten to the frame and battery base tabs. Also you will need to purchase some longer battery cables that go from battery to controller box. 4 feet was plenty for my application. Ok these carts have a safety switch from factory to prevent driving while charger is plugged in and obviously installing a new charger comes with some decision making. I just removed the positive and negative leads from the factory charger and used heat shrink / tape and fastened them to the bracket in battery compartment. I chose to just leave the factory charger under the drivers seat and didn’t unplug any of the harness. This will allow you to install your new battery and new charger without having the safety lockout on you. If you ever decide to go back to lead acid or sell the cart then all your factory wires are ready to be reutilized. Yes a safety feature will be disabled as you would be able to drive off with a charger plugged in, I just loop my extension cord through the steering wheel while charging cart. If you still drive off with it like that you probably have had to many brewskis. Overall very satisfied with the quality and performance of the new Vatrer 150ah lithium battery and charger system and just like many others time will tell on its ability to perform at years 7-10. I am very impressed with the Vatrer battery. Not only does it last forever, it is quiet, lightweight, and easy to install. I watched a few youtubes and did it myself. The performance that this battery provides is remarkable! I highly recommend this to anyone looking to convert their Golf Cart from deep cell batteries to lithium. Great battery replacement for golf cart. Replaced 4 batteries, lasts twice as long, and no maintenance like our old batteries. Great power. Before buying, make sure it will fit in your cart. I suggest having a professional install it. It can be done, but it's a bit tougher than just switching out a single battery in a car. You have to install the heavy batter and make sure it's bolted down, new plug, adapter, and the digital power gauge. The power level gauge is awesome. You know exactly where you stand with battery power level to the percent. No more worrying about the cart dying out there on the road or golf course. Read more

I may be early writing a review, I installed the battery 5 days ago. Easy install in my 2022 Club Car Tempo. I bought the narrow one and no cutting of the OEM battery tray required. I currently have 3 18 hole rounds and literally a lot of driving around, trying to determine how often it will need charged, on the initial 100% charge. It currently is at 51%. It took about 2 hours to install working by myself. I purchased a charging port from Eco that replaces the original charger port, now all I need to do is plug an extension cord in and it looks great too. Read more
