Customer support seemed to want to help me, but their initial instructions did not match what I saw in the app. Gave up, sent it back. Found a much cheaper nanny cam that does exactly what I want. Very small security camera with high quality image. Sound quality was good. The video was crisp, color and very minimal lag time. The camera comes with a mount, screws, sim card and a charging cable. Once charged, the camera battery has a very long life before it needs to be charged again. To attach to the mount, the camera simply snaps on. The camera is small, approximate dimensions (not on the mount) 2" long x 1-1/2" high x 1-4/8" wide. The camera will trigger with motion detection.
