I mainly wanted something that gives me solid proof in case of an accident that is not my fault, which has unfortunately happened to me multiple times before, and this gives me that peace of mind. Setup was quick and simple. It starts recording automatically, and the compact design fits nicely behind the mirror without getting in the way. The GPS and Wi Fi connection work smoothly, and downloading videos to my phone is easy. I also bought an dashcam hardwire kit and hardwired for parking mode. The parking monitor and G sensor add extra security when the car is parked. Overall, this is a reliable and easy to use dash cam with great features for the price. My wife and I just purchased a new car, so investing in a dash cam was a must. This one certainly gives the most for the price. The front, cabin, and rear cameras are all crystal clear, and the bonus of GPS monitoring and speed tracking makes this camera perfect for what we need. There is plenty of space on the SD card, and being able to connect to the camera via wifi to view and save files makes things very simple. Installation was a breeze; I just plugged into the 12V car outlet and ran the cable through the bottom of the dash and up the A-pillar. The camera just suctions to the windshield, so it can be easily moved if needed. This camera supports the parking mode, but you would need to hardwire it into the car's wiring, and I opted not to do that at the moment. The in-car camera has sufficient resolution, providing clear night vision even at night. The WDR technology is truly effective; even under bright sunlight during the day, there were no overexposed or completely black images when entering or exiting underground parking garages. The 170-degree field of view provides wide coverage, reducing blind spots. Connecting to a mobile phone via the 5.8G channel provides almost zero latency for viewing live footage. The emergency lock function is very sensitive; during a sudden stop, it immediately protected the video footage. 24-hour parking monitoring combined with motion detection makes it excellent value for money!
