I’m extremely happy with this dash cam. The installation was very easy, and I really appreciated that all the wires can be neatly hidden, giving the car a clean, factory-like look. The front camera has a very sleek, low-profile design and doesn’t take up much space on the windshield or block my view at all. The rear camera installs on the inside of the rear windshield, which is a huge plus. It makes installation much simpler, and unlike exterior-mounted cameras, the lens doesn’t get blurry from rain, dust, or road grime. Updated Review: Changed from 5-star to 4-star because the loop recording stopped working again after 5 months. With a 256gb micro sd card, I now have to manually delete the recordings about once a week by removing the sd card and putting it in my laptop to delete the files and then replace the sd card in the camera. I would not recommend the camera if you don't have the ability to manually delete the videos since loop recording is not reliable. The camera is good, and I'm still pleased with it, but the failed loop recording feature is a bit of an inconvenience. Original Review: The dashcam was very easy to use and install. The directions are excellent. This is my first dashcam, so I was a little intimidated to do the installation myself, but it really was a breeze. I've had it now for about 6 weeks, and it works great. There was a problem with the SD card because it stopped recording when the card was full. I contacted the manufacturer, and they immediately sent me a new SD card that has worked just fine. The customer service was awesome. I would highly recommend it for a great price too. The view of the camera completely covers all the areas you need.
