4K Dash Cam Front and Rear 64GB SD Card 1 5 IPS Display Car Camera 5Ghz WiFi App

I decided to upgrade my dash cam to a dual camera system and am very pleased with this one, both for functionality, and from customer service standpoints. It consists of a front facing 4k resolution camera and a rear facing camera and included the SD card, cables, and extra adhesive stickers as well as 5 small adhesive cord clips. The cables had plenty of length to cover routing through the length of the car with extra length that I bundled and tucked out of the way. The dedicated app allows easy access to recordings and flipping the video feed if installation orientation means the video is upside down. I can easily save files to my phone or computer and the g-force crash detection will lock a file so it doesn't get overwritten. You can adjust the crash detection sensitivity in the event of rough roads. The video is very clear and a great improvement over my old camera. I also appreciate that it uses a type c plug. Registering the warranty was fast and easy and customer service wanted to be sure everything was working as expected. I would gladly purchase this brand again! I will likely buy a few more cord clips as 5 wasn't really enough but that isn't any flaw with the camera. Read more

The media could not be loaded. The quality in the day is really great, while night quality is ok. If I senses that you broke hard it will automatically save the clip for you, however I’ve noticed sometimes the loop will be missing a minute or couple seconds of the recording after it saves. Size is very discrete, and the features on the camera along with the app is very easy to use. It took me under an hour to instal by myself in my Chrysler van. I may not installed the wires around the car correctly but it’s been doing the job. The videos over loops on your old videos so if you have to save something save it THEN or else it will record your new videos and delete the old ones. Read more

Snaking wires under trim and up pillars is possible, but takes a good while, and requires lots of patience and contortion. Fortunately the wiring is pretty stout, but that makes working it under the trim more difficult. I ordered the hard wire kit as well - it uses micro connectors and my car takes standard mini ATM fuse connectors. So that didn't work, an I just used cigar lighter. The wifi connecting the phone takes a good while each time I start the car, and often connects, disconnects and then eventually makes a lasting connection. A synthesized voice announces each change, which is irritating, to say the least. You can "download" vids to your phone with the app (only with the camera on) and put them in an "album." But you can't access the album unless the camera is on. So, not quite sure how one would be able to transfer video you want to share with, say, the police, other than pulling the SD card out. And others have said they've had problems pulling video from the card. At the very least, you should be able to access the downloaded video on your phone without the camera being on. All that said, the images are good, especially from the front camera. Not sure if I will be able to read the plate on the next car that tailgates me. This well made dash cam is great! The 4K front camera and rear coverage give super clear footage—day or night. The night vision is very impressive, shows detail even in dark lower light conditions. It comes with 64 MB SD card so it record enough times. Setup was a easy, and the built-in WiFi and GPS functions are useful. I can review footage on the app without even removing the SD card, and the GPS tracking adds that extra layer of info that could be really useful if anything ever happens. The included 64GB card was a nice bonus, and the parking monitor function let feels a lot more secure when the car is parking in the lot. The product is made quality feels solid. Read more

The media could not be loaded. Amazon is sending out a replacement dash camera. The first camera worked for about a day then froze on the cievie loading screen. I tried restoring default settings, power cycling, removing the memory card. Resetting the camera via reset button, holding the power button etc. Nothing would reset the camera. See attached video. Also if you're using a vehicle with a screen that has a USB charging port the camera may not work as it thinks it's plugged into a computer. So we had to use the included cigarette lighter power cable to power it on. Unfortunately it stopped working a day later for whatever reason. I couldn't connect it to my phone to do a firmware update because the camera was locked. So it could be just a firmware issue or the camera is just faulty. I'm giving the initial camera a one star but Amazon gets five stars for replacing it in 24 hours. The video quality is really good the connectivity was easy with a phone unfortunately this camera just had an issue. Hopefully we'll have better luck with the replacement. Read more

I’ve been using this product for about two weeks now and haven’t had any issues with it auto starting / stopping as my car turns on and off. They also provide you with a tool to help tuck the wires in around your car’s interior so it looks better installed, and I haven’t had any concerns with the camera falling off as they provide a large 3M adhesive for it. Pros: - The camera is pretty easy to setup / install. - The camera has a built in wifi to view and save clips directly while on your phone to it. - Recording capability is good for both the front and rear cameras. Cons: - They could have provided more adhesive clips to keep the cables well aligned. - The camera’s built in WiFi doesn’t work if you have VPN enabled on your phone. Read more
