This dash cam is compact, well-built, and very easy to install. It sits neatly behind the mirror which I really appreciate. Video quality is excellent, and having both front and rear recording is a big upgrade from my previous front-only camera—much more reassuring on the road. I bought this one after reading the reviews. And I have to say, it's definitely great value for the current price. Lots of functionality and great video quality. It took me about an hour to set up. Can take high quality video. Never had to freeze any video thumbnails, knock on wood. Comes with a SD card and records video and overwrites as needed, front and back. I had mine professionally installed, no issues. Screen activates when I start the car and goes to black as you don't need to watch it as you drive, red LED indicates it's recording. Can't get the cell phone app to connect to the camera thru the WIFI . Sometimes it would connect, and then disconnect instantly. Edit, I changed my review from 2 stars to four stars. The customer support was great. We worked through the issue and found out I needed to turn off the trucks Bluetooth to download and videos. Camera works great. I also bought one for my wife's car.
