Not easy to install. I spent 1hr with the company on the phone and could not even get registered. The guy gave up transfered me to the tech dept. They sent me 3 codes didn't work. The product works fine and has excellent quality lens and overall build. The seller has been extremely helpful and actually refunded us for the unit, as it lacked an important feature we assumed would be built in. That feature was a screen saver. Most every unit today times out and blackens the screen, or displays just a time/date stamp, so as not to be distracting, especially at night. But, unfortunately this unit does not have a screen saver. The other feature we really missed was the ability to manage the unit without the app, having on-board buttons to do so.
