The IOS app that you have to run this hardware with is full of in your face adware covering your screen. It makes every attempt possible to take over your phone. I am an IT specialist and I was scared my identity would be compromised and maybe was. This app slipped past inspection by both Apple and Amazon. Their customers should not be subjected to this by the products they allow on their platforms. I was somehow able to register and subscribe for cloud storage but that did not stop the adware attacks. Then i found that the device does not support cloud storage. They got my subscription money....Their customer service is very aware of it and offered me a $15 partial refund. The hardware itself is quite nice, hens my effort to use it. No other camera app supports this device. My advice to all is to run away and shop for devices that work on mainstream platforms. I often bottle feed kittens and being able to keep and eye on them while I catch up on tasks around the house gives me piece of mind.
